Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between A-List Finance LLC, a limited liability company ("Company"), and the user ("User") accessing or using the Company's website ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If User does not agree to abide by these terms and conditions, User must not access or use the Website.

1. Services Provided

The Company offers consulting services related to sales funnels and provides access to the Go High Level software under a site license. The Company offers two packages: a monthly subscription and an annual subscription, which includes a discounted rate equivalent to 2 months of service.

2. Payment

User agrees to pay the applicable fees for the chosen subscription package. Payment is due upon subscription and will be automatically charged to the provided payment method unless cancelled by User. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made for subscription services are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of subscription. If User wishes to cancel the subscription within the first 30 days, a refund will be issued upon request. No refunds will be provided after the 30-day period has elapsed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to consulting materials, software, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website or services provided by the Company.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, within the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. User's continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and User regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
